  • - 1-2 teaspoons BOS Natural Green Color adjust amount based on desired color intensity
  • - Desiccated coconut optional, for coating

Instructions

  • Prepare the besan mixture:
  • - Heat ghee in a heavy-bottomed pan over medium-low heat.
  • - Add besan and roast it on low heat, stirring continuously to avoid burning, until it turns golden brown and aromatic. This will take about 10-12 minutes.

  • Shape the laddus:
  • - Take a small portion of the mixture and shape it into round balls (laddus) using your hands. If the mixture is too hot to handle, let it cool slightly more.
  • - Optionally, roll the laddus in desiccated coconut for added texture and flavor.
  • Serve and store:
  • - Place the green laddus on a plate or in an airtight container.
  • - Let them cool completely before serving or storing.
