Ingredients

  • - 1 cup milk powder
  • - 1/2 cup condensed milk
  • - 1/4 cup milk
  • - 2 tablespoons ghee clarified butter
  • - BOS Natural Green Color as per desired intensity

Instructions

  • Heat ghee in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  • Add milk powder and sauté for 2-3 minutes until it turns light golden brown.
  • Add condensed milk and mix well. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  • Gradually add milk while stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
  • Cook the mixture on low heat until it thickens and starts to leave the sides of the pan.
  • Add BOS Natural Green Color a few drops at a time, stirring continuously, until you achieve the desired green color.
  • Remove from heat and transfer the mixture to a greased plate or tray.
  • Smooth out the mixture with a spatula and let it cool for 10-15 minutes.
  • Once it cools slightly, cut into desired shapes (squares or diamonds).
  • Allow it to cool completely before serving. Enjoy your green Burfi!
