Ingredients
- – 4-5 ripe but firm bananas say 1 Kg
- – BOS Natural Yellow Color For 1 kg you will need 5 – 6ml yellow color
- – Oil for frying such as coconut oil or vegetable oil
- – Salt optional for seasoning
Instructions
- Prepare the Bananas:
- – Start by washing the bananas thoroughly under running water to remove any dirt or residue. Pat them dry with a clean kitchen towel.
- Slice the Bananas:
- – Peel the bananas and slice them thinly using a slicer or a sharp knife. Aim for slices about 1-2 mm thick.
- Mix the Banana Slices:
- – Mix each banana slice into the BOS Natural Yellow Color, ensuring it has coated evenly. This step adds a vibrant yellow hue to the chips and ensures uniform coloring.
